You are Not a Number to us!  Other office equipment dealers require that you give them a machine ID number before you can ask for help.  Not here.  In fact, you will never be asked for a machine number.  Just tell us your name and we’ll take it from there.

We have no far off call centers, voicemail greetings or computerized attendants.  Just knowledgeable local people answering your call, service maintenance by experienced  technicians and service team members that know one another, and you!

Maintenance is done right for our customers!  Their equipment is monitored and periodic service routines are done as recommended by the manufacturer of the equipment.  Often, our techs arrive without the customer even having to call us!  We have only fully factory trained technicians and use factory authorized supplies and genuine parts.
